Q1: What is your normal lead time?

A:

  • Sample orders: 7‑10 days

  • Bulk orders (standard): 20‑30 days (subject to quantity)

  • Stock items (we keep ready stock): can be shipped within 3‑5 days

Our ample ready stock of pipes, grooved & press fittings ensures fast delivery for urgent projects.

Q2: How do you package products for export?

A: Standard export packaging: cartons + wooden pallets (or plywood cases for large orders), wrapped with stretch film and reinforced straps. All packaging is suitable for long‑distance sea freight. We can also provide fumigation‑free wooden cases upon request.

Q3: What after‑sales support do you provide?

A:

  • Warranty: 24 months from delivery

  • Installation support: video tutorials, online guidance, and on‑site instruction for large projects

  • Claim handling: respond within 4 hours, solution within 48 hours. If quality problem is confirmed, we replace or refund immediately.
