Q1: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A: Yes, we are experienced in OEM/ODM. You can have your logo on the fittings, custom packaging, special sizes, or even new mold development. Just send us your drawings or samples.

Q2: What is the process for a custom order?

A: ① Inquiry (drawings/requirements) → ② Quotation → ③ Sample approval (7‑15 days) → ④ Mass production (30‑45 days depending on quantity) → ⑤ Quality inspection → ⑥ Shipment. We also provide free storage for regular OEM orders.

Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

A: For custom sizes or logo printing, MOQ is usually 200‑500 pieces per size, depending on complexity. For standard products, no MOQ for sample orders – we support small trial orders.
