Integrated Cleaning & Drying Line

Polished fittings are conveyed to the integrated cleaning & drying line, including high-pressure spraying, ultrasonic degreasing, rinsing and hot air drying. Oil stains, metal scraps and dust inside and outside fittings are thoroughly removed. The fully automatic process keeps products clean and residue-free to avoid negative impact on sealing performance.
